HAP Senior Leadership: Randy Walker
 Randy Walker is the Senior Vice President, Health Care Management. Walker is responsible for development and implementation of a comprehensive, coordinated and integrated approach to contracting, medical cost management, provider communication, and provider engagement. In addition to medical management departments, Walker is also now responsible for Provider Contracting and Provider Relations department management. Walker was previously Vice President of Health Management Services at HAP. In this role, he was responsible for the Medical Management departments, divisional project management and development of strategies to help control medical cost. Walker joined HAP in 1988 and began his career working in the kitchen at Henry Ford Hospital to help pay for college. He received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Wayne State University. Walker was recognized by Crain's Detroit Business "40 Under 40," serves as a President for 100 Black Men of Greater Detroit, and is passionate about mentoring African American youth.
