H. Michael Flasch
H. Michael Flasch brings over 25 years of HAP and HFHS leadership to his current position as vice president, Corporate Initiatives. His depth of HAP leadership experience includes serving as interim senior vice president of Sales and Business Development, vice president of Corporate Product Development and HAP Preferred Operations, vice president of Claims Administration and Support; and Chief Operating Officer of Alliance Health and Life Insurance Company, a HAP subsidiary.
Prior to joining HAP, Mike was the vice president of Managed Care and Business Development at Henry Ford Health System (HFHS); president of Kids Care of Michigan; and associate controller and senior director of Patient Financial Services. Mike's career in health care administration also has taken him to the Hospital Corporation of America in New Jersey, University of Cincinnati Hospital, and Children's Hospital Medical Center in Ohio in financial management roles. Mike is a 1974 graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor's of Science and a major in Health Administration.
