Online Mental Health and Alcohol Screening
HAP's behavioral medicine screening service is designed to help members and their families identify mental health and alcohol use issues. The screenings are anonymous and free. From this website, you may complete a screening that could help to detect depression, manic-depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, alcohol problems and eating disorders. Screening results will help you determine if you should see your doctor or behavioral health professional for a complete clinical evaluation. Each screening will take between 4 to 5 minutes to complete.
If your screening results show that you have mental health or alcohol use concerns, HAP recommends that you call your doctor to make an appointment for a complete clinical evaluation. You may also contact Coordinated Behavioral Health Management at 800 444-5755 for a referral to a behavioral health professional. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, we recommend you immediately contact your doctor or go to your nearest emergency room. www.mentalhealthscreening.org
