HAP's Smoking Cessation Program

As a HAP member, you are eligible for the following:

  • Cessation counseling over the telephone provided by the Smoking Intervention Program (SIP) at no charge for most members
To learn more about SIP or to enroll, call 1-888-427-7587.

  • HAP approved smoking cessation group classes at no charge

  • Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), including the patch, gum, inhaler, or nasal spray

  • Zyban, a prescription drug to help smokers quit

You must have a Prescription Drug Rider and be prescribed NRT and/or Zyban by a HAP provider and fill your prescription at a HAP-affiliated pharmacy. Normal office visit and prescription co-pays apply.
