myNutratek™
Where playing with your health is a game we all can win.
myNutratek™ challenges kids to think more about wellness through games and activities. The myNutratek™ site also assists parents, teachers and kids from K-12 to record their breakfast, lunch and physical activity at school. They can look at the nutritional analysis of their school lunch, see how their daily food choices align to MyPlate, and best of all kids are rewarded for their hard work!
Ready, Set, Cook is a free, afterschool program that addresses childhood obesity. Children who participate learn healthy eating habits and food preparation skills. By teaching kids to prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks they will be empowered to make healthy food choices. We want to inspire the whole family to eat healthier, use fewer processed foods and eat out less often. Families will learn that it's possible to improve their health and save money while doing it.
