Walk for Better Health®
Walking is a low-impact exercise that most people can fit into even the busiest schedules. One of our most popular programs, Walk for Better Health® is now even easier to bring to your worksite because we offer it in two different versions, online and paper*.
Both versions* are 8-weeks in length and designed to encourage all participants to walk and exercise more. The online version of the program is a team based challenge that will have your employees competing to have the most minutes of exercise, while the paper version is a self- paced program that will allow participants to compete against themselves and add exercise minutes to their weekly totals. Those opting for the paper program will receive tracking books for participants to use in tracking their exercise.
If you choose to offer the online version of the Walk for Better Health® program, your employees will also receive access to the My HAP Wellness online portal which will also allow you to run other wellness challenges throughout the year.
