Online Employer Services
Offers you timesaving tools and helpful information to make it easy to do business with HAP.  Once registered, you have access to these Online Employer Services:

Contracts and Riders
Provides Employers with benefit and rider agreements for their various contracts with HAP.
eBilling
Access your invoices, member rosters and other enrollment reports online.  eBilling is connected to Employer Enrollment to enable real-time changes when reconciling your roster.
Employer Enrollment
Manage your employee enrollment in real-time.  Add, modify, delete or reinstate a Subscriber or Member.  Request an ID Card be mailed to a member.
Drug Search
Access HAP's prescription drug information.  View a drug's tier, average retail cost, generic alternatives, precautions and other drug details.
Online Directories
Locate provider addresses and information, click on links to maps and driving directions.  Create a customized directory.  Data is updated nightly.
Provider Search and PCP Select
Search for a provider using criteria important to you (specialty, location, gender, languages spoken), compare providers, view detailed provider information and use links to maps.
